What's the job?
As Finance Manager you heading our financial branch and safeguard the processes and procedures that enhance the quality of our department.
You answer to the CEO, are part of the management team and of the board of directors.
You are ultimately responsible of both operational and financial strategies. The layout, drafting and checkup of budgetting, company briefs, monthly reporting, cash planning, balance sheet, year-end closing and preparation of annual account.
You take care of the tax and VAT returns and payroll entries.
You optimise the financial/operational KPIs and control tools
You are the bridge between finance and operations, including contracting, insurance and HR administration.
You look after the financing of investments, manage working capital, and conduct the necessary discussions with financial institutions.
You participate in various ad hoc projects to further improve the accounting processes.
You help build a growing organisation and are the financial contact for the other departments and shops
What are the skills required?
You have a Master's degree and relevant experience of minimum 5 years in broader financial functions.
You are a fluent communicator and hands-on.
You can communicate in a clear way and thrive in a team setting. Skilled with IT applications. Odoo knowledge is a plus!
Nice to have: You are familiar with comings and goings within the fashion sector and can cope with the complexity and dynamics it brings.
