Administrative Support


Café Costume ANTWERP is replenishing its ranks. This time all eyes are on an administrative powerhouse. The Function would by a joint operation between our main office and the Antwerp Flagship Store. In the Café Costume world being service-oriented and precise are the core requirements. What we appreciate even more is a healthy energy and a positive, energetic vibe. As an administrative coordinator you are the backbone of out data-management, and get just how precise the tailoring world is. On the brick-and-mortar side of the job, the function challenges you to think of improving out service on a day-to-day basic.

What is the job, specifically?

- You support our financial branch with processing and booking documents and payments. - You are the point of contact to all 6 Café Costume shops concerning all things administrative. - You are in direct contact with customers about their orders, answer their questions and keep them up to date about their appointments, etc. - You are in charge of the supplies, delivery and administrative processing of them. - You have an oversight of the stock and the alterations in the store. - You are an invaluable cog in the Café Costume system, on which the tailors rely on and look to assistance, when needed. 

Apart from the above mentioned, what are the qualities we look for?

- You have some experience in multifunctional administrative support. - You are fluent in the Dutch language, and have a good grip on French and English. - You are sharp, attentive and have intent on helping every client to the best of your abilities. - You are a problem solver. - You know your way around Microsoft Office applications.
