Café Costume ANTWERP is replenishing its ranks. We are on the lookout for an energetic, gracious personality who can function as the face of our Antwerp store. They are an administrative powerhouse as well as an exemplary host. Our Antwerp Flagship Store is offering this varied function within the world of tailoring . In the Café Costume world being service-oriented and precise are core values. What we appreciate even more is a healthy energy and a positive mindset. As our Admin you take on everything data-management, organization and stock management. At any point you are aware of what's happening (and where it's happening) in the store. Essentially someone communicative with an organized mind. As our administrative support you are part of the backbone of our organisations, and approach your job as meticulous as our tailors do the measuring. On the brick-and-mortar side of the job, the function challenges you to improve our service and processes on a day-to-day basis.

What is the job, specifically?

- You are in contact with clients about their orders, answer their question, oversee their follow-up and plan appointments.- You take care of the administration of our orders and process every weekly delivery.- You are in command of the stock and the alterations made in our shop.- Both the tailors as well as the managers of our shops consider you their point of contact.- You, and our tailors, are the (friendly) face of Café Costume for every visitor.- You keep a watchful eye on the schedules of tailors and offer support with planning and completion.

Apart from the above mentioned, what are the qualities we look for?

- You have some experience in multi-purpose administrative support.- You can speak Dutch very fluently (preferably mother tongue) and have a good knowledge of English. French is a bonus!- You are positive by nature, and can think client-oriented.- You are a problem solver.- You are familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
